Permissions
So Yuri's power is psychometry! The power to read emotions and memories off of various items. Yuri himself is not excited about this power, and most characters are ICly not excited about having this power used on them, but OOCly I am PUMPED. Here is a short little permissions things in case you are also PUMPED and want to help engineer a situation in which this power gets used. Knowing ahead of time what will trip some drama is always useful when you want to, well, trip some drama.
Item/Body Part: What is the item which caries the memory/strong emotions? Where is it usually kept? Eventually, Yuri's skill will also work with things like scars or other sights of bodily trauma.
Memories/Emotions: What kind of read will Yuri get off of it? Briefly! Just so I can get an idea. Doesn't have to be BAD memories or emotions, just strong.
